Sad News, 08/04/07: Despite all our efforts, we have lost one of our mama dogs. Bellamie lost her fight to live on August 3rd. We are deeply sadden by her loss, but so grateful to everyone who donated generously. We were able to give Bellamie the best of care while in our program and to make every attempt to save her life.

Bellamie memoriam

Bellamie was hospitalized when she passed away. This sweet mama dog was the innocent victim of neglect, abuse, over breeding, and the difficult conditions dogs must endure when staying at our local pounds.

A new mama dog was saved from the shelter in Bellamie's memory.... Blue Jade will now be loved.
