Tango
has learned some manners in foster care. He knows "sit" and "stay" and
is working on his leash training, with good progress. He
is very responsive and easy to motivate and train. He is
well behaved in the house, although occassionally wants to
have a good run, or a waller on the floor. Tango likes children
and has met kids from ages 2 to 12 years old. Although he
gets excited, wagging from nose to tail to see them at first,
he calms down quickly and is very sweet. He sometimes will
jump up to meet new people, but this is easily corrected
with a firm "no." Tango just loves meeting new
people, young and old!! He will be be a lot of fun and make
a good family companion.

Tango has been introduced to young females and
did well with them. He loves to play and enjoys roughhousing
with his foster sister inside or outdoors, they are supervised
always, of course. We think he will be able to share a home
with a nice, non-dominant and energetic female. Like all Pit
Bulls, he should always be supervised with other dogs. Tango
likes to roughhouse and this should be monitored. Tango has
met and did okay with the foster cat he lives with, but they
are always monitered as well. He has not tried to chase the
cat, but he is very curious. Tango knows how to relax, and
understands when it's time to slow down and take a nice snooze
on the couch. He is a very sweet boy and likes to give little
kisses when it's cuddle time.

Tango is a real sweetheart but his best feature
is his happy and comical nature. He is full of spirit and always
in a good mood. He will make you laugh out loud with his silly
antics. We are very glad we got him out of the shelter just
in time. He is blossoming into a gorgeous little red guy too,
with a good build and strong physique. He is well proportioned
and has the cutest face. This charming boy is definitely very
hard to resist - To meet him is to love him.
