Note that some of those pictures were taken before Chico was neutered. The surgery was done in mid july and Chico is now a legal citizen in Kansas City. Most importantly, this happy boy will never contribute to pet homelessness, he will have a better chance to live a long healthy life and he will never suffer from hormonal induced frustrations.
Good looking Chico | Proud Chico
From Chico's temporary foster mom: Chico is just an easy smaller dog, as cute as can be. He likes the ladies, likes chew toys, but is not destructive in the house. Chico likes to swim in the doggy pool, and play chase with our female dogs. He loves to go on walks and walks well on a leash.
Smiling | Too Cute | Standing | Adorable little guy | Sitting in grass
Chico is laid back, easy going, and you barely notice that he is even there. He sits quietly in his crate when it's not his turn to be out, he goes right outside when it's time to potty and doesn't lollygag.
He seems to think he is bigger than he actually is... Maybe we should have named him Perro Grande, or Napoleon. We have a saying in cajun country- Cao que ladra nao morde- the dog that barks doesn't bite! That's a good description for him, he'll bark but has not a single mean bone in his body. Great watch dog.
Goofy dog
Chico is a really sweet dog and likes to talk to you. He makes cute noises, like little love remarks, especially after he gets something he likes, like a good treat or a steak bone. It's so cute!
Chico has a good personality and is absolutely gorgeous, especially since he has put on some weight. His ears were cropped well, and he knows alot of commands, like sit and stay, let's ride, and bath time. He likes to ride in the car and hang just his front toes out the window until he sees someone. Then his little body shakes with excitement, and he puts his whole right arm only out the window like he is waving!
