"Hi, my name is Astro and I've been told I'm the best dog in the world! People seem to fawn all over me talking about my looks. They call me "pretty" or something like that, and comment on my unique color. The best way to describe it is "Copper blond". I think the main reason they all come running in the first place though, is that I'm soooo nice! I really am a great dog. I know it seems like I've got an ego - but that's not the case, I assure you. I am just very sweet, loving, docile, mellow - most folks can't even believe I'm a puppy I am so calm! Beautiful Astro | Sweet Astro | Cute Boy I'm a real lover boy too. I want to plop my butt down on your lap and get a good rubdown, then reward you with a sweet kiss. I invited myself to a barbecue in the country and decided that I 'd found a new home. I was so happy to be there around all of these nice humans, dogs, and hot-dogs, but the people who lived there said they had too many dogs to keep me. |

So the next day after I wondered up, I was picked up by these two humans. They were so sweet to me and let me lounge in the bakseat of the car and nap while they took care of the driving. That was fine by me! I'd had a rough weekend! Laying down | Sweet boy | Serious Astro I was covered in these things they called "ticks" and the humans that I found kept pulling them out of me ears; Yeeowww! But I feel much better now! Then I had a bath, got all my shots, tested negative with heartworms (which made the humans very happy for some reason) was neutered and after all that was done, I was finally told that I was ready for adoption. I don't know what this means, but it seems to be a good thing. Soon we came upon my current residence at the boarding facility. I'll be honest, I don't like it here. I've got food in my belly, water in my bowl, and a blankie - but I don't have a couch, TV, yard, and most importantly, a loving human to share my life with. I get to go potty and be fed, and the staff do spend as much time with me as they can, but meanwhile all the other dogs here are barking and stressing me out. Can you PLEASE get me out of here?
