Story: Hi, my name is Marshmallow Moonstone! My story is a little bit different from the other Jade's Mission rescues. I had been at the KC animal shelter for almost a month when I found out I was on the 'urgent list' where I would be euthanized in just a few days if rescue didn't step in! I couldn't believe it! I hadn't done a thing wrong. My owners didn't want me anymore, so they dumped me off at the shelter where I felt abandoned and alone. I was waiting everyday for my forever family to come and save me. No one ever came. The day before I was scheduled to be killed, someone from Jade's Mission saw me on facebook and came to my rescue! Just because I'm a pit bull and I look intimidating, no one wanted me. But these people at Jade's Mission saw differently in me, they knew I was such a good girl.
Foster Situation: I get along with all dogs and have never been aggressive. I am very curious of cats, why do they get to be up on the counters and I don't?! I love my new best friend, another pit named Toula, at my foster home. We are inseparable and love to play!
Pretty Girl Training: I am crate trained and potty trained. I am spayed, thank goodness, vaccinated, microchipped, and on heart worm preventative.
Personality: I am very sweet and a huge cuddle monster! I would make a great new addition to your family if you give me time to adjust.
