Lilac

Lilac was out of time at the city pound when MPR stepped in to save her life.

She has just been transferred in a foster home with another dog, 2 cats and 3 children. we will update her bio as soon as we know her better.

Lilac is an outgoing, friendly and playful puppy. She loves people and does well with other pets. She is crate trained and doing very well with housebreaking. Lilac is veeeeery pretty. Those pictures don't do her justice and don't show her unique and gorgeous lilac color very well.

UPDATE - January 4, 2010

Lilac is doing great. She started Doggy Daycare at the University Medical Animal Center here in Lincoln in early December. She seems to love it and they call her "the little girl". It gives her time to socialize and completely tires her out. She is weighting almost 40lbs and the vet said she is the ideal body weight and size. She is still a sweet heart but tries to act tuff when playing with her friend "Slick". She isn't much of a barker but when Slick barks, she thinks she needs to also. What can I say, I think she thinks she is a human...she is very spoiled! But we love her to pieces!! Hope all is great with you.

8/18/2009 UPDATE: Hi...

Just updating you on our "lil" Lilac! Lilac is doing great! In just 1 week she has mastered "sit". She is also a great walker, she went on a 4 mile walk tonight. She is sleeping in her kennel well and loves chewing on balls and chew toys!! Also a total snuggle bug. :) She has made me a very happy dog owner! Lilac is great company as well as a loyal friend.
