Fiona used to live with a toddler and did awesome with the child.
FOSTER HOME NEEDED
Fiona is losing her foster home due to not getting along with the cat. She will have to go in boarding unless someone offers to foster her or adopt her! Please help!!!
Fiona is used to not having a fenced yard. She loves to go on walks and does great on the leash! She won’t ever be for a runner though, she’s pretty slow going and not in any hurry to get there! Fiona also enjoys car rides and behaves very well went on outings.

Fiona has also been to local city parks on walks and is never bothered by the people or any of the other dogs. She looks at them as they walk past but never acts unsocial. She's indeed very friendly to anyone she meets. She enjoys meeting new people wherever we go and welcomes all the friendly pats she can get.

Fiona is used to sleeping in her crate at night and be in a crate during the day. She likes cushions and comforters and definitely likes to have her own bed!
Fiona would do well in just about any home provided she is pampered and has a lot of attention, as she loves to give kisses and cuddle! She smiles when she's happy.

Training: Fiona is learning sit, stay, lay down and shake right now. She’s got sit covered pretty well and it catching on to the others. She’s very eager to please and is not stubborn or defiant in the least. We think she’s just happy to have a place where she’s loved and fed!
Appearance: On the small size for a Pit Bull, perfect for cuddling! Beautiful blue coat. Nice big head... Fiona is definitely a little beauty.
Personality: Fiona is very cuddly and would sit next to you all day if she could. She has more energy now than compared to the first couple days we had her, but she’s still very mellow and just wants to be with you.

I think it would be good for her to be somewhere where she is inside with her people most of the time as she really prefers the indoors to the outdoors. She’s very silly, loves to roll around and get a good belly rubbing! But her very favorite is just being able to cuddle with a loved one.
Best Attribute: Fiona’s best attribute has to be that even though it is very apparent she’s endured very inhumane treatment, she just has bounced back, is the most loving dog, and enjoys just being near her people. She also gives the best dog kisses around!

7/16/2008 UPDATE: We recently adopted little Miss Fiona from you guys. She is one of the greatest dogs ever. Fiona and our male boxer Diesel are awesome together. The instant they met they started playing and kissing even through the kennels when we were letting them figure each other out. She definately wears the pants in their relationship and Diesel just goes along with whatever like a love sick puppy (he even gave her his dog bed)!
We were a little nervous about the neighbors reactions to her, but so far there haven't been any rude comments, only questions and compliments on what a pretty girl she is. My mom, who is generally anti-fight breeds, instantly fell for her; mostly due to her little oinks she does when she wants to give kisses!
Basically, we just wanted to let you all know what an amazing dog you have given us the opportunity to own. She will be much loved!
